About the Role
The Score Supervisor will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative and operational output of Bleeding Fingers UK's score production process. Acting as a point of contact across our projects (including some US projects), this role bridges the creative vision of our composers with the technical and logistical demands of post-production ensuring the highest standard of delivery at every stage. The role-holder will facilitate turning the composers’ vision into reality through strong and effective planning, organisational and administrative skills.
Working closely with the creative team, the Score Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end production of scored content, driving projects forward with both creative intelligence and operational rigour. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about the intersection of music and picture.

A high level of resilience, flexibility, and commitment is essential, as the role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring non-standard working hours and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. The role demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, specialised industry skills to support score completion, alongside the confidence to make independent decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
Some travel may be required.
What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Preparing and coordinating successful project launch e.g. spotting, cue review, orchestration, and recording prep sessions
- Track project statuses and composer output statuses
- Supervise deliveries to and from vendors (picture cuts, audio, orchestrators, engineers, performers, conductors, studios)
- Coordinate external music teams, contractors, and recording studios within approved creative and budgetary parameters
- Help prepare and deliver soundtrack materials (liner notes, credits, artwork, and specs)
- Optimize workflows and systems to improve post-production efficiency
- Research and recommend AI tools or workflows to streamline production processes
- Liaise with music editors to ensure stems, splits, and final deliverables meet technical specifications and broadcast requirements.
- Monitor and manage recording sessions, ensuring studios, engineers, and performers are briefed, scheduled, and prepared.
- Oversee the technical handoff between composers and post-production, ensuring all assets are correctly formatted and delivered on time.
- Maintain version control across cue sheets, ensuring all stakeholders are working from the most current materials.
- Coordinate with external music clearance and licensing teams to ensure all recorded material is properly documented and cleared for delivery.
- Ad-hoc creative and operational support as required within the score to picture process.
- Utilise the internal CRM system for project management.

Who You Are
Essential
- 1-3 years of experience in score supervision/ coordination, music production administration for score to picture or similar field.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Skilled at building productive relationships across internal and external teams.
- Strong communicator with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working around production schedules (including occasional nights/weekends).
- Highly organised, self-directed, and able to work autonomously
- Resilient and flexible, able to perform under pressure and outside standard hours
Desirable (nice to have/may be useful)
- Music related qualification
- Experience of music creation tools e.g. Pro Tools, Logic or similar
- Experience of working with music assets, cue sheets and audio data
- Experience of working in a start-up organisation
