Job title: Scoreboard Operator - Matchdays
Location: Bradford City Football Club, BD8 7DY
Department: Operations and Commercial
Responsible to: General Manager
Rate of pay: £20 per hour
Matchdays at Mbanq Valley Parade are about far more than 90 minutes of football on the pitch; they are about delivering an exciting and seamless stadium experience for all of our supporters and visitors.
As the Club's Matchday Scoreboard Operator, you will play a key role in live matchday delivery. You will be responsible for controlling the stadium's main scoreboard, displaying live match events and commercial partner graphics throughout the game, and controlling the LED pitch-side advert assets using web-based software. No prior technical media experience is required as full training will be provided.

Working arrangement: Based at Mbanq Valley Parade (BD8 7DY). Attendance is required for all home fixtures across the season (including league, cup and potential play-offs).
Work environment: Indoor: Working from an indoor area; Physical demands: Desk-based role requiring continuous visual focus and precision during live play. Requires prolonged periods of sitting and concentration; Volume and Pace: Fast-paced, high-pressure matchday environment demanding a calm composure.
Contract: Part-time, Match-days (Approximately 5 hours per match). We will consider applications and expressions of interest from self-employed event/media professionals.
Uniform: Official Club branded workwear. High standards of personal presentation are required.
Rate of Pay: £20 per hour.

Responsible to: General Manager.
Probationary period: Appointments are conditional on the successful completion of a 3-month probationary period. The Club reserves the right to extend this period if necessary.
DBS Certificate: Employment is conditional on a satisfactory disclosure check from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
Anticipated start: As soon as possible.
