Screening Interviewer - Arabic Fluent
Red Snapper Recruitment is recruiting for a Screening Interviewer fluent in Arabic.
Role Summary
To plan, prepare and conduct face to face (video recorded) on-line screening interviews in Arabic as part of an enhanced Due Diligence process. To further review, summarise and report the findings accurately and efficiently in written English.
To ensure all relevant information from the Due Diligence report is contained within the interview plan and thoroughly examined during the interview process ensuring any areas of concern are satisfactorily resolved and recorded appropriately.
All screening interviewers will be required to conduct and complete an interview training programme.

Twickenham (office based)
Contract
6 months (potential for permanency)
Salary
£ PAYE (equivalent to £32,748 per annum)
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing and planning interviews to include the review and assessment of due diligence reports. Identifying anomalies, queries and perceived threats that require follow up during the interview (the plan)
- To carry out administration tasks - organising the interviews and direct client liaison
- To engage with applicants via on-line video recorded face to face interviews. Exploring and questioning topics of interest to ensure any particular areas of interest are thoroughly reviewed satisfactorily
- Summarise and highlight interview findings accurately through review and assessment of the information gleaned and compared with the original report.
- To report findings through the Due Diligence Process and conduct any associated enquiries as directed

Person Specification
Essential Skills
- Fluency in native language combined with strong written and verbal English
- IT literate (Teams and associated video communications systems, Outlook, Database and word processing)
- Have excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Naturally objective/impartial and inquisitive
- Good telephone manner
- Be self-motivated and reliable
- Have a smart personal appearance
- Be confident and able to approach people
- Ability to quickly assimilate pertinent information
- Willingness to learn and participate in various scheduled training sessions

Desirable skills
- Previous experience of interviewing over telephone/video or face to face.
