About the Role
We are hiring experienced Scrub Nurses / Theatre Nurses to support surgical teams across the UK.
This role is ideal for registered nurses who enjoy working in operating theatres, maintaining high clinical standards, and delivering safe, efficient patient care during surgical procedures.

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare operating theatres, instruments, and equipment before procedures.
- Work as a scrub practitioner during surgical operations.
- Maintain sterile practice and follow infection-control standards.
- Perform surgical instrument and equipment checks.
- Support surgeons, anaesthetists, and theatre teams during procedures.
- Ensure safe and effective patient care throughout the surgical pathway.

Your Profile
- Active UK NMC registration.
- Previous scrub nursing or operating theatre experience.
- Strong knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Calm, reliable, and team-focused approach.
