Scrum Lead Developer, Malvern, PA, US

Scrum Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Scrum Lead / Master to manage two core Scrum teams within our organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on "do-er" with 10+ years of experience who can bring technical context to process advocacy. This role requires strong foundational Agile knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence leaders and teams while driving high accountability and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage two distinct Scrum teams, Data Platform & Analytics.
  • Serve as a hands-on Scrum Lead, moving beyond a purely coaching role to actively facilitate and drive team outcomes.
  • Advocate for and roll out Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) with a focus on value and business results, not process for its own sake.
  • Apply advanced foundational agility knowledge, including flow metrics, story points, and throughput, to improve team performance.
  • Drive change management and secure organizational buy-in for new processes.
  • Ensure accountability and ownership of team deliverables, aligning with organizational OKRs.
  • Navigate fast-paced environments with shifting priorities, influencing leaders and teams to maintain effective operating rhythms (e.g., ensuring retrospectives and planning are valued).
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset, focusing on optimization and continuous improvement, and an interest in applying automation and AI to processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
