About The Opportunity

This is a contract position based in London, offering the chance to work with teams navigating agile delivery in fast-paced environments. Roles of this type may involve partnering with delivery teams across multiple workstreams, facilitating agile ceremonies and helping to embed agile practices where they're needed most. You could find yourself coaching teams through ceremony refinement, removing impediments and supporting the adoption of agile approaches within organisations looking to improve their delivery performance.

  • Focus: Agile delivery facilitation, team coaching and ceremony support

What You Would Do

  • Facilitating agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews
  • Identifying and removing blockers that prevent teams from progressing
  • Coaching team members on agile practices and mindset, helping teams improve their delivery rhythm
  • Working with product owners and stakeholders to refine user stories and backlog priorities
  • Supporting agile adoption across teams, helping to embed ceremonies and practices where needed
  • Tracking delivery performance and highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with multiple workstreams and helping to coordinate delivery across teams

What You Could Bring

  • Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting team delivery
  • Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams through agile practice improvements
  • Working knowledge of Scrum, Sprint planning and agile methodologies
  • Experience removing blockers and supporting teams to overcome delivery obstacles
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in collaborative environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in project or team coordination

Nice-to-have experience could include:

  • Agile or Scrum Master certification
  • Experience with backlog refinement and user story creation
  • Exposure to multi-workstream coordination or larger programme environments
  • Familiarity with delivery reporting and governance practices
