The Vacancy

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Scrum Master.

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness of our Engineering teams by championing Agile and Lean values, facilitating Scrum practices and ceremonies, and coaching teams to become self-organising, cross-functional and increasingly mature. You will work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and wider engineering teams to remove impediments, align sprint plans with project goals and maximise the delivery of high-value, releasable software increments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Agile and Lean values and maintain effective Scrum processes and practices within the firmware development environment.
  • Facilitate and support self-organising, cross-functional teams, coaching team members in self-management and Agile ways of working.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews and backlog refinement, ensuring they are productive and delivered within agreed timeframes.
  • Work with Product Owners, Project Managers and engineering teams to organise and prioritise backlogs, establish sprint goals and align delivery with wider project milestones.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress while facilitating effective collaboration and problem solving across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
