Reset Health are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to serve and guide two agile development teams in our engineering group.
About Our Teams
Live Platforms Team
Our Live Platforms team is our development ‘fast lane' making production releases at the end of each two-week sprint. The team is responsible for:
- Setting up new customers with any agreed customisations
- A pipeline of customer-driven enhancements
- Priority bug fixes and security patches
- 2nd line technical support (dedicated support engineer part of the team)
AI Development Team
Our AI development team is responsible for new and existing AI capabilities in our platform including our patient assistant, CompanionAI and our clinical scribe. The team is small but growing rapidly and will need your support to manage that growth without compromising velocity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as an agile coach for both delivery teams and stakeholders, encouraging adoption of the agile core values and principles
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including story refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with our Product team and Client Programme Lead to groom the backlog and plan each production update
- Use agile metrics (cycle time, velocity, burn-up/down charts) to track progress and promote transparency
- Apply AI tools responsibly to deliver productivity benefits while maintaining full oversight
- Assume responsibility for the Live Platform, including authority to review and challenge contributions from other teams that fail to align with agreed Quality Standards
- Manage triage of Live Platform issues, arbitrate over prioritisation, and escalate difficult issues to the senior technical team
- Support the recruitment and training of engineers as we grow the team
- Manage 2nd line support for technical issues as per the Global support Standard Operating Procedure
- As we grow, help plan out how we'll evolve Live Platforms to support our deployments in other timezones

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
