Your New Role

We are working with a fast-growing SaaS organisation, who are looking to implement Agile working practices. As Scrum Master, you’ll work closely with Product, Business Analysis, C++ Development, and QA teams to plan, manage, and report on the delivery of upcoming releases. You’ll run the Scrum cadence, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while managing Jira workflows, capacity planning, dependencies, risks, and blockers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the immediate delivery of the next release while also implementing tangible improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working. You will also have a large focus on the implementation and improvement of Agile processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Ensuring Your Success

You’ll have strong experience working as a Scrum Master within an Agile software delivery environment, with a solid understanding of Scrum events, backlog refinement, estimation, forecasting, and capacity planning. You’ll be confident using Jira for workflow configuration, boards, dashboards, and reporting, and comfortable working with senior technical stakeholders, including engineers. You’ll also be a pragmatic Agile coach, able to improve processes within a lower-maturity environment without creating unnecessary bureaucracy, while providing clear reporting to CTO and SLT level.

Experience across SaaS or compliance software would be advantageous, alongside PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification, although proven delivery experience will be valued most highly.
