Working within the Campaign to Close (C2C) and Managing Customer Lifecycle (MCL) value streams, you will help drive the successful delivery of Salesforce-focused transformation initiatives that support the future growth and evolution of our business.
This is a high-profile role within a multi-year programme that has strong executive sponsorship and widespread business visibility. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Functional Consultant, Salesforce specialists, delivery teams and strategic partners to enable Agile delivery and ensure teams consistently achieve successful outcomes.
What you'll do

Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
- Enabling teams to deliver against sprint commitments and programme objectives.
- Coaching teams on Agile principles, practices and continuous improvement.
- Identifying and removing blockers that impact delivery.
- Supporting Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain prioritised, delivery-ready backlogs.
- Managing risks, dependencies and impediments across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Tracking sprint progress, velocity and delivery outcomes.
- Providing clear reporting and delivery visibility to programme leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinating delivery activities across development, testing, release and operational readiness teams.
- Driving improvements in Agile maturity, delivery predictability and team effectiveness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
