Insight Global is partnering with a leading global bank to hire an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a large-scale SAFe Portfolio operating across multiple Agile teams.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, driving team performance, and ensuring successful execution across a complex payments and middleware technology landscape. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and North America within a highly regulated banking environment.

The applicant Must Have the below:
- 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master within large-scale Agile environments.
- Strong experience operating within SAFe delivery frameworks.
- Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams within enterprise programmes.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, sprint reporting, and delivery governance.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, and impediments across complex technology initiatives.
- Previous experience working within a global banking or financial services organisation.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Required Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
- Strong understanding of SAFe operating models and Agile governance frameworks.
