Agile Service Delivery Manager (Secrets Management)

A major international financial institution is strengthening delivery across its global Secrets Management function, supporting critical technology and security initiatives that span multiple build-and-run squads worldwide. The mission is to drive consistent, high-quality service delivery across a matrixed, globally distributed technology organisation, applying Agile best practices to keep delivery on track, risks managed, and stakeholders aligned.

You will provide hands-on Agile delivery leadership across multiple squads, acting as Scrum Master while driving end-to-end program and project delivery for strategic initiatives supporting the Secrets Management function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Service Delivery: Own delivery across multiple technology squads, projects, and initiatives supporting the Secrets Management function
  • Drive Program & Project Delivery: Coordinate end-to-end delivery across multi-functional, globally distributed build-and-run squads in a matrixed environment
  • Apply Agile Practices: Perform Scrum Master responsibilities across multiple squads, facilitating sprint ceremonies, planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, and executive updates
  • Manage Risk & Governance: Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; drive process improvements and delivery standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
