ERP Senior Scrum Master
Location: London
Alternative Locations: Leeds, Edinburgh, or Aberdeen may be considered for suitable candidates
Work Mode: Hybrid – 40% onsite (approximately 2 days per week)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ERP Senior Scrum Master to manage and support multiple Scrum teams within an established ERP product group.
The role will involve hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery, coordinating multiple teams working towards a common ERP product, removing delivery impediments, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate should have strong practical experience as a Scrum Master, with proven exposure to scaled Agile/SAFe delivery, Jira, and ERP or ERP-adjacent environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple Scrum teams delivering changes within a common ERP product environment.
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify, manage, and remove blockers and impediments affecting delivery.
- Coordinate dependencies and delivery activities across multiple Scrum teams.
- Support high-volume change delivery using matrix-managed resources.
- Apply Agile and scaled Agile practices, ideally within a SAFe environment.
- Coach Scrum teams and stakeholders on Agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Workday Product Manager and wider product/delivery teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Technology.
- Work closely with ERP DevSecOps delivery teams and external AMS suppliers.
- Use Jira as the primary delivery tracking and management tool.
- Monitor sprint progress, delivery metrics, dependencies, and impediments.
- Drive problem management and incremental improvements to delivery processes.
- Support Agile and DevSecOps delivery across SaaS and Low-Code/No-Code environments.

Essential Experience
- Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
- Experience delivering against a common product/product group.
- Practical experience with SAFe or another scaled Agile framework.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira for Agile delivery and sprint tracking.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint delivery.
- Strong experience identifying and resolving delivery blockers and dependencies.
- Experience with Agile coaching and continuous improvement.
- Experience within ERP or ERP-adjacent environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Exposure to DevSecOps and SaaS delivery environments.

Desirable Experience
- Workday or other major ERP platform experience.
- PI Planning / Program Increment experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams within a larger Agile delivery structure.
- Experience working with ERP DevSecOps teams.
- Experience working with Application Management Services (AMS) suppliers.
- Experience within HR, Finance, or enterprise technology environments.
- Low-Code/No-Code delivery exposure.
