We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to support multidisciplinary technology delivery teams. This is primarily a Scrum Master role initially, but successful candidates must be able to operate with a wider delivery mindset. They should be able to create clarity, improve team flow, support governance and help ensure that delivery commitments are understood, actively managed and achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery and Team Enablement – Primary Focus (approximately 70%)

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
  • Coach delivery teams, Product Owners and stakeholders in Agile principles, Scrum practices and effective delivery behaviours.
  • Support teams in maintaining a healthy, sustainable delivery cadence and improving predictability over time.
  • Foster self-organisation, accountability and continuous improvement within Agile teams.
  • Identify, remove or escalate impediments that impact team effectiveness, delivery flow or sprint commitments.
  • Promote transparency through appropriate Agile metrics, team-level reporting and evidence-based conversations.
  • Support effective backlog refinement, prioritisation and sprint readiness activities.
  • Encourage collaboration between delivery teams, business stakeholders, Product Owners and technical specialists.
  • Facilitate workshops, collaborative planning sessions and retrospectives that lead to practical improvements.
  • Help teams embed a culture of continuous improvement, regular feedback and shared ownership of delivery outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
