Scrum Master – Financial Services | Inside IR35 | Glasgow
We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to find an experienced Scrum Master for a 6-month contract, based in Glasgow (3 days/week on-site).
This is a technology-focused role supporting delivery teams within a financial services environment, so candidates need to bring both strong Agile delivery experience and genuine sector familiarity.
Role Details
- Contract length: 6 months (likely extension)
- Location: Glasgow – 3 days per week on-site, 2 days remote
- IR35 status: Inside IR35
- Rate: £600–£650 per day (Inside IR35)

What You'll Be Doing
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) across technology delivery teams
- Removing blockers and shielding the team from external distractions
- Coaching the team and wider stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices
- Tracking and reporting on sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics
- Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within Financial Services
- Strong track record delivering in technology/engineering-focused environments
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within regulated environments is a plus
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days/week in Glasgow)
