About the Job you are considering:
Join Capgemini’s Cloud & Custom Applications (C&CA) practice, supporting the Financial Services business unit, where we Consult with Purpose, Continuously Evolve, and Architect Tomorrow. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable high-performing Agile teams, drive delivery excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with clients, product teams, and stakeholders, you will help deliver business outcomes while ensuring alignment with delivery, risk, and regulatory expectations. As a trusted, AI-aware Agile leader, you will champion collaboration, transparency, and the development of future-ready teams.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable high-performing Agile teams by facilitating effective planning, delivery, and continuous improvement activities.
- Act as a servant leader, fostering an environment of trust, accountability, collaboration, and shared ownership.
- Remove delivery impediments and proactively address risks and dependencies to support successful outcomes.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear, actionable, and aligned to business objectives.
- Drive predictable and sustainable delivery by promoting Agile principles, practices, and team effectiveness.
- Monitor and communicate delivery progress, providing transparency on outcomes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support compliance with relevant governance, risk, and regulatory requirements while maintaining agile ways of working.
- Encourage a culture of learning, innovation, continuous evolution, and adoption of AI-enabled ways of working where appropriate.
- Coach teams and stakeholders to strengthen Agile maturity and contribute to building a future-ready workforce.

Your Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 6 years working as a Scrum Master.
- Strong expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach cross-functional teams to achieve business and delivery outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination in complex delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of governance, control, and regulatory considerations within enterprise delivery environments.
- Ability to use data and delivery insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Awareness of emerging AI capabilities and their potential to enhance team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
- Professional Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience within banking or financial services environments
