Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Max Supplier Rate: £450 - £506

Clearance Required: SC Clearance

Duration: 6 months

Location: Telford - but location is flexible

Job Description

Experienced Scrum Master (Agile Delivery Lead) needed on Government Gateway to support critical work on EACD/RATE, SCP & FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.

We are looking for a strong servant leader and coach for an Agile teams.

You will help the team following the delivery framework, remove obstacles that slow down work and facilitate key meetings, including show & tell session with the stakeholders and delivery roadmap reviews.

Core Responsibilities

  • Removing Impediments - finding a clear technical, logistical, or interpersonal blockages so the team can work smoothly.
  • Facilitating Meetings - Lead Scrum events, like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and stakeholder meetings, including show & tell sessions.
  • Coaching the Team - Train members in self-organization, accountability and agile best practices.
  • Protect the Team - Shield the teams from external distractions and scope creep.
  • Teamwork - work closely with the Product Manager and Engagement Manager to clarify goals, backlog / delivery plans and resourcing support.
