Scrum Master – Investment Banking
We're looking for a Scrum Master – Investment Banking to join our team in London, UK in an onsite working mode. In this role, you will lead and facilitate Agile delivery for a T&M/Staff Augmentation team supporting investment banking initiatives. The position involves guiding teams in adopting Scrum principles, managing delivery processes, and ensuring collaboration with product stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methods, excellent interpersonal skills, and proven capability to drive smooth delivery in a high-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Responsibilities
- Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile practices, Scrum principles, and continuous improvement techniques
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog for maximum value delivery
- Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress or guide the team in doing so
- Monitor team performance and promote sustainable pace and productivity
- Foster a collaborative work culture, ensuring transparency, effective communication, and positive team dynamics
- Align with technology and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure timely deliveries
- Support delivery tracking, reporting, and compliance with Agile and organizational standards

Requirements (Must Have Skills)
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams through the full delivery lifecycle
- Deep understanding of Scrum principles and frameworks, with practical application in complex enterprise environments
- Excellent technical delivery management skills, preferably within data-centric projects
- Superior communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills (English level B2+ required)
- Ability to work on-premise in London as per business requirements
- Proven stakeholder management experience in global team environments
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master, with excellent knowledge of Scrum principles and practices
- Great Tech Delivery Management skills preferably in Data Projects.

Nice to Have Skills
- Background in Investment Banking projects or Financial Services
- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks and multi-team delivery models
- Knowledge of JIRA or similar Agile tooling for backlog and metrics management
- Coaching certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) or formal Agile credentials
