SC Scrum Master

Location: London

Duration: 3 months +

UMBRELLA only

Additional Information

Existing Security Clearance (SC) is required, or you must be willing to go through SC).


Hiring for a reputed client, this is an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master who enjoys helping teams perform at their best through clear Agile ways of working, strong facilitation, and practical problem-solving.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coach the team in Agile practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the project
  • Remove blockers and impediments impacting delivery and sprint goals
  • Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement activities
  • Promote self-organisation and empower the team to take ownership of delivery
  • Monitor and report on sprint progress (including velocity, burndown, delivery metrics, and sprint reports)
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional team members and stakeholders
  • Resolve conflicts and protect the team from external disruptions
  • Maintain transparency of work using Agile tools (e.g. Jira dashboards/reports)
  • Drive continuous improvement by turning retrospective learnings into actionable changes

What You'll Bring

  • Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor teams to improve performance
  • Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ADO Board
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and manage competing priorities
