Job title: VP Accessories Scrum Master

Gaydon, UK (Hybrid)

  • Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional product development teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Drive sprint execution, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Remove impediments and enable the team to achieve sprint objectives.
  • Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
  • Preference for candidates with a strong understanding of Mechanical/Product Engineering domains, particularly within automotive programs.
  • Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
