About the business
Thomas Miller is entering an exciting new chapter, as two world-leading mutual insurers under our management, TT Club & UK P&I Club embark on a merger. To ensure these changes improve experiences to our people, members and business, both mutuals have mobilised a new joint internal Change & Transformation portfolio of work.
About The Team
The Change Delivery team is responsible for delivering strategic business and technology change that enables the organisation to achieve its objectives, improve operational effectiveness, enhance member experience, and meet regulatory requirements. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Technology teams and business stakeholders, the team delivers complex initiatives using agile delivery approaches.
The team promotes collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement and value-driven delivery, ensuring that change is delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of governance and quality.
The Type Of Work You'll Do
As a Scrum Master, you will support Agile teams by facilitating delivery, removing impediments and coaching teams in Agile principles and practices.
You will help create high-performing teams that continuously improve and deliver value effectively.

Responsibilities Of The Role
- Facilitate Scrum events and Agile ceremonies.
- Support sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Remove barriers impacting team delivery.
- Coach teams in Agile principles and behaviours.
- Support delivery metrics and reporting.
- Promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications You Need
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles.
- Facilitation and coaching skills.
- Experience working with Agile tooling.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience utilising: Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot
The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications That Will Help
- Insurance or regulated industry experience.
- Digital or technology transformation experience.
- PSM I, CSM or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of Kanban and Lean practices.
- Experience within scaled Agile environments.
