Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Integrator with strong Banking domain expertise to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple feature teams, platforms, and business stakeholders within the Lloyds Banking Group ecosystem.

The Integrator acts as the primary bridge between Business, Product Owners, Customer Journey Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Teams, Testing Teams, Operations, and Vendor Partners. The role focuses on delivery orchestration, dependency management, stakeholder governance, risk management, and ensuring successful implementation of business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT/Banking delivery experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years in Integration, Delivery Lead, Program Lead, Scrum Management, or Transformation roles.
  • Experience managing multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams.
