Job Description:
We are a Global Recruitment specialist that provides support to clients across EMEA, APAC, US, and Canada. We have an excellent job opportunity for you.
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced, delivery savvy, senior Scrum Master to join a two-year project to modernise one of CLIENT’s largest and most critical services (COTAX = Corporation Tax) in Tax Admin, on the CLIENT Account.
Following a six-month Discovery phase, the work has been broken down into fourteen Business Flows, each of which will complete a Time and Materials based Design phase before moving into a Fixed Price Build and Test phase. Unlike most projects on the account, this project includes full testing responsibilities i.e. testing stages usually contracted to a Test and Release supplier are contracted with Client. In addition to the standard test stages post System Testing e.g. SIT and E2E, this project will be pioneering approaches to Model Office and System Output Comparison testing.
AI is and must be for the duration, at the forefront of our approach. Tax Admin has a dedicated AI Acceleration team working collaboratively with COTAX to shape AI solutions, some of which are already actively being used. Our commitment to CLIENT is that we will continuously develop and intercept new and changing AI solutions to maximise productivity, time, cost, and / or quality benefits.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
