Senior Scrum Master – ERP / SaaS / AI
Location: London – Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite
Contract: 12 months
Role: Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach multiple Agile teams delivering change across a large-scale ERP/SaaS product environment.
Workday experience is NOT mandatory — candidates from SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow or other enterprise SaaS/ERP environments are welcome. AI/GenAI delivery experience is highly important for this requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously delivering into a common product/platform.
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
- Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
- Coach teams in Scrum, Agile and scaled Agile/SAFe practices.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners, technology teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Support delivery across SaaS/ERP and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Use Jira for backlog, sprint and delivery tracking.
- Work within Agile/DevSecOps delivery environments.

Essential Experience
- Strong commercial experience as a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple Scrum teams at the same time.
- Strong Scrum and Agile delivery background; SAFe/scaled Agile experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on Jira experience.
- Experience delivering within ERP, enterprise SaaS or comparable platforms.
- AI/GenAI/AI-enabled product or transformation delivery experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, facilitation and impediment-removal skills.
- Experience working with distributed/matrix teams and third-party suppliers.

ERP: Workday is desirable but not mandatory. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce and similar enterprise platforms are relevant.
