Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing, creator, and esports partnership campaigns across key European markets, with a focus on France, Spain, Italy, and other priority Southern European markets.
  • Support day-to-day communication with creators, talent managers, agencies, esports organizations, and key internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear information flow, and smooth campaign execution.
  • Use internal project management systems to manage sponsorship projects, track deliverables, maintain timelines, and ensure campaign tasks, approvals, and launch requirements are completed on time.
  • Maintain deliverables trackers for paid partnerships, ambassador programs, product launches, ad reads, usage rights, deadlines, and promotional commitments.
  • Support creator onboarding by coordinating shipping details, product preferences, discount codes, affiliate links, briefing materials, campaign timelines, and platform requirements.
  • Coordinate and track creator sample orders, including internal order submissions, address collection, shipment tracking, delivery follow-ups, and escalation of delays where needed.
  • Ensure creators have all required assets and information to effectively represent SCUF Gaming, including briefings, product information, creative assets, key messaging, content guidelines, posting requirements, and embargo timings.
  • Monitor creator content once live to ensure deliverables, links, codes, tags, disclosures, embargoes, campaign messaging, and platform requirements are correctly implemented.
  • Support the coordination of marketing assets for new partnerships, promotional campaigns, and custom product launches, including creator-facing materials, social assets, photography, product videos, and sales collateral.
  • Track creator and affiliate performance across links, discount codes, sessions, revenue, ROI, impressions, engagements, video views, EMV, content output, and deliverables, and support weekly and monthly partnership reporting with key trends, campaign highlights, sales impact, and learnings.
  • Maintain the European influencer, creator, esports, and launch calendar across key markets, and support the planning and execution of esports events, gaming industry events, creator meetups, VIP seeding initiatives, and experiential marketing kits.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with coursework or background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Marketing, Esports, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, influencer marketing, creator marketing, esports, social media, or project coordination, preferably within gaming, esports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer technology.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages such as Spanish, Italian, or German are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of gaming, esports, creator culture, and social media platforms, including Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Discord.
  • Good understanding of influencer marketing workflows, including creator communication, campaign briefings, deliverables, content approvals, posting schedules, affiliate links, discount codes, and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable working with performance data and campaign KPIs, including sessions, clicks, code usage, revenue, ROI, impressions, engagements, video views, EMV, and content output.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, product launches, timelines, and internal requests at the same time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, esports organizations, agencies, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive; able to work independently, transparently, and accountably as part of a distributed international team.
  • Proactive in following up on open tasks, identifying blockers, and escalating issues before they impact campaign or launch timelines.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones with European and US-based teams.
  • Familiarity with project management systems, spreadsheets, social media platforms, influencer management tools, affiliate platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with tools such as Monday.com, Excel, Google Sheets, GA4, Impact.com, Shopify, Sideqik, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong interest in gaming, esports, creator marketing, and social media is required.
  • Ability to travel to esports events, gaming industry events, creator activations, and partner meetings as required.
