What are we expecting from you?
As an SDP Project Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting Europe Store Development Projects (SDP) throughout the full project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Project Coordination: Manage local project briefs, gather business and technical requirements, support project development, and oversee construction follow-up, snagging, and handover to Retail Operations.
- Back of House Development: Consolidate Back of House requirements, understand operational needs, and coordinate functional layouts and solutions with various stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Market Coordination: Act as the central local point for all functions contributing to Store Planning projects, ensuring requirements are met and issues are proactively escalated.
- Budget & CAPEX Management: Support budget construction, coordinate local quotations, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accuracy for regional reporting.
- Tender & Procurement Support: Assist with tender processes, organize site visits, interact with bidders, and provide local market knowledge.
- Construction, Quality & Site Follow-Up: Provide a strong local presence, monitor construction progress and workmanship, identify deviations, and ensure rigorous snagging and close-out.
