SDP Test Analyst (x5)
Contract: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid – Reading (4 days onsite per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
The Opportunity
We are seeking five experienced SDP Test Analysts to join a major digital transformation programme, supporting key service areas including Cloud Hosting, Enterprise Services, End User Services, Identity & Access Management (IDAM), and infrastructure services.
Working closely with the Test Manager, you will lead testing activities within your assigned domain, ensuring high-quality delivery across complex enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to ensure test readiness.
- Create test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- Execute manual and automated functional and non-functional testing.
- Conduct regression, performance, usability, and security testing.
- Manage defects through to resolution and support retesting activities.
- Produce test reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience
- 3+ years experience in a Test Analyst or QA role within complex enterprise environments.
- Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles and SDLC.
- Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with tools such as Selenium, BrowserStack, JMeter, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery.
- Working knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
