Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Salary: £30,000 Base + £10,000 OTE

Location: Remote-first (Ideally within commuting distance of Huddersfield/Manchester)

Level: Entry Level / Graduate / Career Changer

Are you motivated, curious, and looking for the perfect launchpad into B2B software sales? Our client are a Certified B Corporation providing powerful business intelligence software to the legal sector. They believe data shouldn't be a headache—it should be a competitive advantage. They are currently looking for an SDR to join our growing team, help us connect with prospective clients, and drive our mission forward.

You don't need previous sales experience; we hire for attitude, potential, and a willingness to learn!

The Opportunity & Apprenticeship

This role is designed as a career starting point with clear progression. Alongside your day-to-day outreach, you'll complete a fully supported Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship delivered by Pareto over 12-13 months. You'll get structured learning, hands-on coaching, and the skills needed to eventually manage full sales cycles.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients within the legal sector.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Have meaningful conversations to understand customer challenges.
  • Book and qualify meetings for our Head of Sales.
  • Manage your activity and pipeline using our CRM.

What They Offer

  • £30,000 base salary + £10,000 OTE (Commission on meetings booked + closed deals)
  • Fully funded Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship
  • Remote-first flexibility with occasional team meet-ups
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (plus a 5-year loyalty bonus)
