The platform links with printers, barcode scanners, and packing machines to accelerate fulfilment and automatically generate shipping labels and customs documentation. Shiptheory supports businesses from growing home-based online stores to multi-warehouse operations, offering flexible plans to match different shipment volumes. Team members contribute to a product that helps merchants scale efficiently and improve their customers’ delivery experience.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is based in Bristol. The SDR will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, proactively reaching out to prospective customers via phone, email, and digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, building and maintaining a strong prospect pipeline, and booking discovery calls or demos for the sales team. The SDR will collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to refine messaging, respond to inbound leads, and follow up on campaign activity. The role also involves accurately updating CRM records, reporting on key activity metrics, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.

  • Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to engage decision-makers, handle objections, and guide prospects toward next steps in the sales cycle.
  • Candidates should possess Business Development skills to identify new markets or segments, nurture relationships, and contribute to long-term revenue growth.
  • Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools, along with basic data analysis skills to track performance and optimize outreach.
