The Role
We are hiring a high-impact SDR/BDR to build top-of-funnel pipeline across enterprise financial services. This is a critical role in our go-to-market engine, focused on identifying opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and creating qualified pipeline for Account Executives.

What You’ll Do
- Build and own outbound pipeline across target accounts
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Qualify leads and convert into high-quality meetings
- Work closely with AEs and leadership on target accounts
- Leverage events, partnerships, and network for pipeline
- Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in SDR/BDR or early-stage sales roles
- Strong background in Financial Services (banks, insurance, fintech) – strong plus
- Experience selling AI / GenAI / SaaS solutions – strong advantage
- Proven ability to generate pipeline from scratch
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
