Zipchat AI is one of the best technologies on the market for e-commerce: an omnichannel AI shopping assistant that guides every customer from product search to after-sales, on the website, WhatsApp, Instagram and email.
More than 2,500 brands already trust us, including Lancel, Tropicfeel, BMW Motorrad and Piquadro. Our solution is rated 4.9 on the Shopify App Store.
We are a young American startup (average age: 28) with a team from all over the world (France, Italy, and more). We are on our way to the $10M ARR mark, and in this context of hypergrowth we want to grow our sales team. Our goal today: to win the UK market.
Your role
Your territory is already defined. You don't have to build your own lists: you start conversations with brands, handle objections and book meetings for our Account Executives. You cold call every day, supported by email and LinkedIn.

Your profile
- You have a hunter's mindset and you are bold: you’re not scared to pick up the phone and test new approaches
- You have already done cold calling (ideally 6 to 12 months of experience), or you are a recent graduate with internship experience and a strong drive to build a career in tech
- You have a background in business or sales, and/or an entrepreneurial track record
- You are autonomous and organised, able to keep a steady rhythm working remotely
- You can take a "no" and stay consistent
- You are a native English speaker

- £24,000 base, ~£40,000 OTE, uncapped commission

Your start
We work on your pitch together, you study the product and the demo, you get access to our tools, then you practise with your manager before your first call.
Your manager
Laurie started as an SDR cold calling at Zipchat and became International AE. He knows exactly what you are going through, and he coaches you with what he did to get there (techniques, tools, KPIs).
