Sales Development Representative - German Speaking
Location: London, UK (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £35,000 base salary + uncapped commission
About the Opportunity
Our client is a global health technology company providing digital solutions that support healthcare professionals, employers, and individuals in improving physical and mental wellbeing. Their products are used internationally to help organisations deliver better health outcomes through innovative technology. They are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their commercial team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities across their digital health solutions.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients through outbound activity while qualifying inbound enquiries and supporting the wider sales team with a consistent pipeline of opportunities. This role is well suited to a graduate or early-career sales professional who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable using technology, and is motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and telephone to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and schedule discovery meetings for the commercial team.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
- Track outreach performance and provide regular updates on pipeline activity.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree educated.
- German language proficiency is essential.
- Additional language skills such as Swedish, Finnish, French, Spanish, Italian, Cantonese, or Mandarin are highly desirable.
- Some experience in a customer-facing, business development, or sales role is advantageous, including internships or placements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and sales tools.
- Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms is beneficial.
