SDR Manager – SaaS, London
Our client is a fast-growth HR Tech organisation, allowing for key HR processes to be automated and time saved for HR Teams, Finance Teams, and IT Teams. With a big focus on providing customer-centric technology, they have won multiple awards year-on-year and are on a great trajectory for long-term success.
They are now looking for an SDR Manager to join their team; this is a player-manager position, involving both leading a team of 4x SDRs as well as generating your own new business pipeline when required. In the long-term, this position will be pivotal in growing this team – providing training & mentoring, implementing best practices, and driving success across an already-thriving new business function.
Successful candidates can expect a high-energy, fast-paced environment; this organisation is backed by multiple investors who have played a hand in the success of many globally-successful software organisations and they are not looking to slow down yet.

This is a hybrid opportunity, with four days per week in their London office.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4x SDRs, providing ongoing training and support to facilitate a high-performing, positive working environment
- Continue to expand the SDR team in the long-term
- Generate own leads & build out own new business pipeline when required, covering a variety of industries such as technology, financial services, professional services, and more
- Develop & support in executing an outbound prospecting strategy for the team
- Monitor & analyse SDR performance, assessing effectiveness & adjusting strategies accordingly
- Leverage CRM & sales tools to enhance team productivity
- Collaborate with internal teams where necessary (Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, etc.)
- Support in recruiting & maintaining a strong SDR team including interviewing, onboarding, and career pathing

The Successful Candidate
- 2+ years experience leading a team of SDRs / BDRs / new business generators
- Experience in software / SaaS sales is essential
- A background in HRTech would be a plus but is not essential
- Commutable to London 4x days per week
SDR Manager Package
- Basic salary: £60,000-70,000
- OTE: +£30,000 (uncapped)
