SDR Manager
Introduction

Role Overview
- Location: London (on-site 3 days per week)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs, creating a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Remain hands-on with outbound sales activity, carrying your own target and setting the standard for prospecting excellence.
- Drive pipeline generation through targeted outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other modern sales channels.
- Build, test, and optimise outbound sequences to improve engagement, response rates, and meeting conversions.
- Conduct discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and generate high-quality meetings for the wider sales team.
- Partner with senior sales leadership to recruit, onboard, and scale the SDR function as the business grows.
- Implement coaching frameworks, performance metrics, and operating rhythms that support long-term team success.
- Leverage market intelligence, prospect feedback, and performance data to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Champion best practice across CRM usage, data quality, reporting, and sales process execution.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Operations to maximise campaign effectiveness and pipeline performance.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to enhance research, personalisation, and outbound productivity.

Main Skills Needed:
- Proven experience within B2B SaaS sales, including leadership of SDR or outbound sales teams.
- Track record of exceeding pipeline generation, meeting creation, and revenue contribution targets.
- Strong coaching and people development skills, with experience building successful outbound teams.
- Expertise across modern sales technology platforms, including CRM, prospecting, and sales engagement tools.
- Experience creating and optimising multi-touch outbound campaigns and sales sequences.
- Strong understanding of data-led sales management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Commercially driven, highly organised, and comfortable operating in fast-paced growth environments.
- Strong interest in AI-enabled selling and technology-led productivity improvements.
- Previous exposure to SaaS, HR/Recruitment technology, talent solutions, or related sectors would be advantageous.
