The Opportunity
Our client, a large and well-established IT solutions and managed services provider, is looking for an SDR Manager to lead a team driving outbound pipeline generation from its Manchester office. With over three decades in the industry and a broad portfolio spanning cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services across both private and public sector clients, this is a role for someone who can bring structure and consistent performance to an established SDR function rather than build one from a standing start.

What You'll Own
- Managing and coaching a team of SDRs based in Manchester to consistently hit pipeline generation targets
- Refining outbound prospecting processes and messaging across a broad, multi-line technology and services portfolio
- Partnering with sales and marketing leadership to align pipeline generation with revenue priorities across private and public sector segments
- Owning SDR performance metrics — activity, conversion, and pipeline contribution
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing or leading an SDR/BDR team, ideally within B2B technology or IT services
- A track record of building or improving outbound processes that consistently hit pipeline targets
- Strong coaching ability — experience developing SDRs into quota-carrying reps is a plus
- Comfort selling into both private enterprise and public sector accounts is a plus
- Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools and CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft)

Compensation & Package
- Base: £70,000
- On-target commission: £30,000 (Total on-target earnings: ~£100,000)
