SDR Manager
📍 London (Hybrid - 3 days per week)
💷 £75,000 - £85,000 Base + £85,000 - £95,000 OTE

The Role
You'll lead and develop a growing team of SDRs, ensuring they're consistently hitting pipeline targets while building the systems and processes needed to scale.
Working closely with leadership, marketing, and sales, you'll refine outbound strategy, improve sales execution, and help shape how the commercial organisation grows over the coming years.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs through regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Own outbound performance and ensure pipeline targets are consistently achieved
- Develop and improve outbound playbooks, messaging, and sales processes
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and activity reporting
- Manage outbound tooling, including sequencing platforms and sales engagement software
- Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to improve campaigns and targeting
- Analyse performance data and implement improvements across the function
- Help scale the SDR team as the business continues to grow

Requirements

- 3-6 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales
- 1-2 years managing SDRs or BDRs
- Experience building or scaling an outbound function within an early-stage SaaS business
- Strong outbound prospecting knowledge and coaching ability
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
Package
- £75,000-£85,000 base salary
- £85,000-£95,000 OTE
- Hybrid working (3 days per week in Holborn)
