SDR Manager
London, UK (Liverpool Street, Hybrid)
About WYN
A fast growing AI Native Services London startup, helping enterprises save an average of 30% on their software and AI spend. Founded in 2024 by former enterprise sales leaders Adrien Bourg and Sergei Tugarinov, we've scaled to a team of 24+ remaining bootstrapped, with $3B in software spend under management for customers. Our current growth is exceeding 500% Y/Y.
The Role
We're looking for an SDR Manager who wants to create a genuinely world-class outbound engine, not inherit one. You'll be hands-on from day one: on calls, in one-to-ones, in the trenches with your team, turning good SDRs into great ones and great ones into future Account Executives.
If you love coaching, thrive on building teams, and get a real kick out of watching people you've developed hit their numbers and get promoted, this is your role. You'll have real ownership of how the team recruits, ramps, coaches and performs, direct exposure to Sales and company leadership, and the chance to shape the playbook that powers WYN's growth for years to come.
What You'll Do
- Train, upskill and mentor the SDR team through regular one-to-ones, call reviews and hands-on coaching
- Relentlessly sharpen the team's cold calling skills, from openers and sharp discovery to smooth objection handling and booking meetings that actually convert
- Own and evolve the outbound playbook - scripts, sequences and talk tracks based on what's actually converting
- Recruit SDRs on an ongoing basis and build a strong pipeline of talent, potentially with recruitment agencies
- Own onboarding and ramp-up so every new starter is confident, coached and productive fast
- Help and champion the team's use of AI to research accounts, uncover prospects, personalise outreach and generate leads
- Own the team's use of our prospecting and outreach stack - HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo and Nooks, alongside CRM discipline
- Set the bar high, manage activity, meeting quality and pipeline contribution through regular reviews and development plans that actually move the needle
- Set individual and team targets, and hold the team accountable to them
- Report on pipeline performance and forecasts to Sales and company leadership
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership on target accounts, messaging, qualification and effective meeting handovers
- Work with Marketing on inbound lead handling, MQL definitions and campaign feedback
- Keep CRM discipline tight and never stop testing and refining outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn
- Build a motivated, accountable, ambitious team with visible career progression opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Not A Fit If:
- You're not up for recruiting and hiring on an ongoing basis
- You'd rather have the safety net of a big, structured corporate than the pace and ownership of a fast-growing startup
- You're chasing activity numbers rather than building a genuinely high-quality, high-converting pipeline
- You're looking for a fully remote role
