The Role

We're looking for a proactive and adept Sales Development Representative (SDR) specialising in outbound sales development. This role is pivotal in forging successful long-term relationships with our clients through targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meticulously profile target accounts to gather insights into prospective businesses.
  • Lead proactive ABM outreach targeting these accounts.
  • Organise and conduct GAP analysis and introduction meetings with ABM target accounts.
  • Seize opportunities to sell our pre-manufacturing services through outbound strategies.
  • Propose and close deals related to pre-manufacturing services, leveraging insights from ABM activities.

Performance Expectations

Our ideal SDR will:

  • Organise a minimum of 5 ABM GAP analysis meetings per week.
  • Achieve a minimum of £20,000 in pre-manufacturing service sales monthly, focusing primarily on outbound strategies.

Qualifications And Experience

  • At least two years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on outbound sales and ABM strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for sales.
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, particularly in managing and tracking ABM campaigns.
  • An organised and efficient approach to tasks, prioritising outbound sales activities.

Compensation

We offer a competitive starting package of £30,000 per annum. With commissions in place from day one, you can expect an OTE of £48,000 annually.

Location

This role requires your dedicated presence at our lively Ashford office in Kent, 5 days a week.
