Berwick Care supports care homes with products and operational services that help teams run effectively day to day. Our work spans training, hygiene improvements, budgeting support, and responsive help-desk assistance, giving care home operators practical support across key areas of their business.
As an SDR - Sales Development Representative, you will play an important part in helping us grow conversations with prospective clients and introduce Berwick Care's offering to the market. This role is suited to someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by outreach activity, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a business that supports the care sector.

Responsibilities
- Predominantly telesales.
- Handle high outbound call volumes as part of day-to-day sales activity.
- Qualify leads and book meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage pipeline follow-ups and keep outreach moving forward.
- Maintain accurate activity logging.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of experience in an SDR or similar outbound sales role.
- Proven experience with phone-based sales, including handling high outbound call volumes, qualifying leads, and booking meetings.
- Experience working toward daily and monthly outreach targets.
- Organised approach to pipeline follow-ups and accurate activity logging.
- Experience building rapport with prospective clients in outbound sales conversations.
- Experience using a CRM system.
- Business-fluent English.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience in the care home sector is a plus.
