Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Islington, London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
We're working with a leading international logistics company that helps businesses simplify and optimise their supply chains through a market-leading digital platform. Due to continued growth, they're looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join their London team as Sales Development Representatives.
This role offers a clear route into B2B sales with comprehensive training and genuine progression opportunities.
The Opportunity
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, creating new business opportunities, and building relationships with decision-makers across a range of industries.
You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and support from experienced sales leaders, giving you the skills and confidence needed to develop a long-term career in B2B sales.

- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Engage with prospective clients and introduce the company's services
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
- Book meetings and product demonstrations for the wider sales team
- Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Develop a strong understanding of customer challenges and business needs
About You
