Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, managing inbound and outbound calls and messages, and nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales cycle. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, conducting discovery conversations, explaining Park Square Clinic’s services, and scheduling consultations for the clinical team. The SDR will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up consistently with prospects, and collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and conversion. The role also involves meeting activity targets, providing feedback on prospect needs, and contributing to a positive, client-centered sales experience.

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to engage prospects, handle objections, and move opportunities through the pipeline.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify new opportunities, build prospect lists, and grow the client base.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct clear, empathetic conversations via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Candidates should ideally have experience working with CRM tools, managing sales pipelines, and tracking performance metrics.
- Candidates should demonstrate a client-focused mindset, the ability to work independently in a remote environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in health, wellness, or aesthetics, along with a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus), is beneficial.
