Are You Ready to Elevate Your Sales Leadership?
This isn't just another SDR position with a fancy title. As SDR Team Lead, you'll be the daily heartbeat of our London-based sales development team—leading from the front, not from behind a desk. You'll split your time between being a top-performing SDR yourself and supporting your teammates to reach their potential. When the Head of SDR is in our Chesterfield office, you'll be their eyes, ears, and hands in London - keeping the team motivated, maintaining standards, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you're an ambitious SDR who's ready to step up, who leads by example rather than delegation, and who wants to develop genuine leadership skills while still carrying your own quota, this role offers the perfect balance of individual contribution and team development.
The Role:
What You’ll Do Here:
As an SDR (70% of your time):
- Generate quality meetings for Account Executives through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events)
- Maintain your own pipeline and consistently hit or exceed individual SDR targets
- Demonstrate best practices in prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building
- Be the standard others aspire to—your performance sets the bar

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
