Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our team and lead the strategy and execution of Paid Search activity for one of the world’s most innovative and influential global brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on Search specialist to take ownership of Paid Search across multiple EMEA markets. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-channel specialists and a Search Executive, helping to shape strategy, drive innovation and deliver outstanding performance for a high-profile global client.

You’ll play a key role in everything from planning and campaign strategy through to activation, optimisation, reporting and client delivery, while also supporting the development of more junior team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop global and local Paid Search strategies across EMEA, aligned to wider media and business objectives.
  • Support strategic planning across both brand and performance campaigns, including audience targeting, keyword strategy and creative direction.
  • Develop clear, actionable Paid Search briefs.
  • Identify opportunities for testing, automation and new platform capabilities.

Campaign Management & Optimisation

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality Paid Search campaigns across Google and Bing.
  • Ensure robust account structures, accurate campaign setup, QA and best-practice activation.
  • Oversee keyword research, copywriting, localisation and audience segmentation.
  • Drive ongoing optimisation against performance KPIs.
  • Manage A/B testing, performance reviews and optimisation roadmaps.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
