Location: London, White City. Hybrid, three days a week in the office; other arrangements considered.
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus linked to completed placements.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Reporting to: Managing Directors.
Right to work: Existing right to live and work in the UK required. No visa sponsorship.
Oplu is an executive search firm serving Private Estates, Family Offices and Luxury Brands. We place Estate Managers, Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants for principals in the UK, the US and internationally. Every search is conducted in strict confidence.
We are hiring a Search Associate to run the candidate side of our live searches, reporting to the Managing Directors.
From first approach to finished shortlist, the candidates are yours: finding them, interviewing them, registering them properly, and presenting them in writing to the standard our clients expect.

The Managing Directors own every client relationship and decide who is presented. The role involves no business development and no client management.
The role
- Source candidates through our database, LinkedIn and direct approach, including people who are not looking.
- Screen applications and conduct first interviews by video and in person.
- Register candidates in full: career history, compensation, motivations, right to work and references.
- Write candidate profiles to our house standard for presentation to clients.
- Manage candidates through interview, feedback and offer logistics.
- Keep the database accurate.
- Draft and manage job advertisements.
Who we are looking for
- Experience serving UHNW or high-profile clients: luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, auction houses, private banking, a private office, or search and recruitment.
- Recruitment experience is welcome but not required. We will train you in our process.
- A real interest in how private households, Family Offices and Luxury Brands operate.
- Exceptional written English. Profiles go to clients under our name.
- Absolute discretion. You will hold information about private individuals that never leaves the firm.
- The composure to interview senior people and ask direct questions about pay, motives and references.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
