Allerton Bishop is growing in 2026 and we're looking for ambitious people to join our team in Bishop's Stortford and build a career in recruitment and executive search.
We're a specialist recruitment business working with pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences companies across the UK and Europe. Our team helps businesses find the people responsible for manufacturing medicines, developing new treatments and improving healthcare.
You don't need recruitment experience.
You might currently be working in sales, estate agency, retail, hospitality, customer service, financial services or another people-focused environment. You could also be finishing school, college or university and looking for your first serious career opportunity.

Who We're Looking For
We're hiring for attitude and potential rather than a particular background. Previous recruitment or sales experience is advantageous, but it isn't essential.
You may currently be working in:
- Sales: Estate Agency, Telesales, Automotive, B2B or B2C Sales
- Customer-Facing Roles: Retail, Hospitality, Financial Services or Customer Service
- Business Development: Professional Services, Outbound Sales or Account Management
- Education: School, College or University leavers looking to begin a commercial career
