Shape the Future of Search Visibility for a Global Leader in Enterprise Travel Management and Corporate Services

What’s In It For You

  • Rate: £300 – £330 per day (Inside IR35 – Ltd)
  • Location: 100% Remote (UK-based)
  • Impact: Lead innovative Search Experience, GEO, and AIO strategies for a high-traffic enterprise platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and own the internal search process flow, including keyword/prompt research, technical performance checks, and updated brief requirements, utilising internal project management tools.
  • Research and advocate for on-page search engine optimisation (SEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO), and AI overview (AIO) strategies that support organisational initiatives to enhance visibility, domain authority, and query relevance.
  • Collaborate with external SEO/GEO and paid search agencies to generate insights and action recommendations from audits and findings.

  • Collaborate with web publishing and development teams to advise and optimise the overall search and digital experience, utilising off-site and on-site search methods to support business objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive AIO and GEO strategy, applying global and industry best practices while also defining proven frameworks for the organisation.
  • Contribute to recurring performance decks with insights, actions, and data-driven findings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
