Senior Paid Search Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)
Join one of the UK's leading performance marketing businesses and take ownership of a high-performing Paid Search function driving millions in monthly revenue. If you're looking for more autonomy, greater commercial ownership and the opportunity to lead strategy rather than simply execute client requests, this could be your next move.

The Opportunity
- Lead a high-performing Paid Search team, managing 5–6 Executives and Senior Executives.
- Take ownership of a portfolio generating approximately £2.5 million in monthly revenue.
- Shape Paid Search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen and emerging AI-led campaign formats.
- Enjoy genuine autonomy to test new ideas without client approval processes.
- Work closely with senior leadership, platform partners and commercial stakeholders to drive growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
