About Klatch
Klatch is the fastest-growing performance marketing agency in the healthcare sector, recording 44% growth in Q1 2026 alone. We partner with healthcare organisations of all sizes — from individual clinics to cross-border groups operating across the UK, US and Europe. We create campaigns and websites that improve patient journeys and deliver measurable growth. Our team is based in a fantastic office on Palmeira Square in the heart of Hove, reflecting our vibrant and collaborative culture. We take a holistic approach to marketing and are committed to transparency at every level of communication. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an SEO Specialist to take ownership of our SEO function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine impact and grow alongside the agency.
The Role
As our SEO Specialist, you will execute and optimise SEO strategies that improve the visibility and performance of our clients’ websites. The role combines technical SEO, content optimisation and WordPress management. You will also work closely with clients, providing strategic recommendations, explaining performance and helping them achieve their growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise website structures, metadata, headings, internal linking and content to improve organic search performance.
- Develop, implement and own AI-powered workflows that improve the efficiency, quality and scalability of Klatch’s SEO function.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues relating to crawling, indexing, mobile usability and website performance.
- Manage and update client websites using WordPress, ensuring they follow SEO best practices.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify new opportunities and guide content creation.
- Help develop SEO-focused content strategies across service pages, landing pages, blogs and resource hubs.
- Support link-building campaigns, identify outreach opportunities and maintain high-quality backlink profiles.
- Use tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and Semrush to monitor performance and identify actionable insights.
- Create clear performance reports that explain progress, priorities and recommended next steps.
- Communicate directly with clients, answer questions and ensure SEO activity remains aligned with their commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with our paid media, content, development and account management teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
