About the Company

Are you an ambitious SEO Executive looking to take the next step in your agency career? We're partnering with an established, award-winning digital marketing agency to find a talented SEO professional who is passionate about driving organic growth and delivering measurable results for clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team where you'll work across a varied portfolio of clients, reporting directly to the Head of SEO. You'll have the chance to develop your technical and strategic SEO skills while building strong client relationships and making a real impact on campaign performance.

Description

As SEO Executive, you'll be responsible for supporting the planning, delivery and optimisation of SEO campaigns for a diverse range of clients. This is a client-facing role, so you'll need to be confident communicating recommendations, providing updates and building trusted relationships alongside delivering excellent SEO work.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of SEO strategies that improve organic visibility and performance.
  • Carrying out keyword research, competitor analysis and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimising on-page content and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Monitoring rankings, traffic and campaign performance using industry-leading tools.
  • Producing reports and presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Working closely with colleagues across content, paid media and web development teams.
  • Managing day-to-day communication with clients and ensuring projects remain on track.
  • Keeping up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates and best practice.

Experience

We're looking for someone who has:

  • SEO experience, ideally gained within a marketing or digital agency.
  • A strong understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Experience using SEO and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients.
  • Some account management or client relationship experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.

Remuneration

  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the Birmingham office, 2 days from home.
  • Salary of £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
