SEO Executive | Manchester City Centre | Technology | £30,000+

This growing technology business is looking for an SEO Executive to join its Manchester team and help deliver measurable growth for a portfolio of client accounts.

As the company continues to grow, they're looking for an SEO Executive to join their Manchester City Centre team and play an important role in delivering outstanding organic search performance for their clients.

The Role

As an SEO Executive, you'll take ownership of SEO campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to improve visibility, traffic and commercial performance.

This is a varied role where you'll be hands-on across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword strategy and content planning, while also working closely with clients to understand their objectives and present clear, data-driven recommendations.

Working alongside experienced developers, marketers and account managers, you'll help deliver campaigns that generate measurable results while continuing to develop your own SEO expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Manage SEO campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Deliver technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
  • Carry out keyword research and develop content strategies.
  • Optimise on-page SEO to improve rankings and organic performance.
  • Monitor website health, crawlability and indexation.
  • Produce monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with developers and account managers on technical projects.
  • Support local SEO activity where required.
  • Stay up to date with algorithm updates, AI developments and SEO best practice.

  • 1+ years' experience within an SEO role.
  • Strong understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Experience using Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Confident analysing SEO performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with keyword research and content optimisation.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working with multiple client accounts would be beneficial.
